The European Online Dispute Resolution platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025. It no longer accepts complaints. See the European Commission notice and its directory of consumer dispute resolution bodies for current information.
The relevant route depends on your country, the seller and the nature of the dispute. This page does not claim membership of an arbitration scheme or replace advice from a competent consumer authority.
