Subscription policy
How the ChairEase paid intro period and subscription work — prices, renewal, reminders and cancellation.

The intro period
Your first 7 days cost €1.49. On day 8 the plan you chose starts at the price shown on the plan page (€59 per year, €29.99 every 3 months or €12.99 per month, VAT included). We email you two days before the first full charge.
Renewal
Plans renew automatically at the price shown until you cancel. We email you before each yearly renewal. There are no price changes without notice.
Cancelling
Cancel any time from Account → Subscription in one tap, or email us. Access continues until the end of the paid period; nothing further is charged. TODO: legal review of the German cancellation button requirement (§ 312k BGB) and the UK DMCCA 2024 reminder rules.
Pausing
You can pause for one month from Account → Subscription. TODO: confirm with legal.
