1. Not medical advice

ChairEase offers general exercise content. It is not medical advice, diagnosis or treatment and does not replace advice from your doctor or physiotherapist.

2. Consult your doctor

Talk to your doctor before starting if you are pregnant, have had surgery in the last 3 months, have osteoporosis, a heart condition, high blood pressure, balance problems, or any other condition or injury. Stop if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.

3. Assumption of risk

Exercise carries a risk of injury. You choose which sessions to do and how far to go, and you take responsibility for exercising safely in a space that is free of hazards.

4. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law we exclude liability for loss arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be excluded by law.

5. Subscription, introductory period and renewal

Plans: Yearly €59 per year; Every 3 months €29.99; Monthly €12.99. The introductory period costs €1.49 and lasts 7 days; it is charged when you subscribe. If you do not cancel before it ends, the plan you chose starts on day 8 and renews automatically at the same price until you cancel. We email you two days before the first full charge and before each annual renewal. The introductory period is available once per customer.

6. How to cancel {#cancel}

Cancel in the app (Profile → Subscription → Cancel), from your account page, or with the cancellation button on this page (TODO: Kündigungsbutton per § 312k BGB — a confirmation page with no retention offers, followed by an email confirmation). Cancellation stops the next renewal; you keep access until the end of the paid period.

7. Right of withdrawal (EU/EEA)

Consumers in the EU/EEA may withdraw within 14 days of purchase. Because you ask us to start the service immediately (separate checkbox at checkout), if you withdraw you pay a proportional amount for the days used and we refund the rest.

8. Refunds outside the EU

TODO: policy for the UK (Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act subscription rules from 2027), the US, Canada and Australia.

9. Content and licence

Videos, text and images belong to us or our licensors. Your subscription gives you a personal, non-transferable licence to use them.

10. Governing law

TODO: Estonian law; consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
